EDITORIAL POLICY
How we work.
Sources
We prioritise official Canadian sources — federal departments, provincial governments and recognised regulators. Where we cite a non-official source, it is either a well-established Canadian institution or clearly labelled.
Drafting
Summaries may be drafted with AI assistance from approved knowledge-base sources only. AI draft output is never published as news or an answer without human review.
Verification
Every source carries a last verified and next review date. When a source changes materially, we update the summary or archive the entry rather than leave stale information in place.
Uncertainty
If reliable evidence is unavailable or conflicting, we say so. We do not claim you qualify for funding, owe a specific tax, require a specific permit, comply with a law, or should choose a particular legal structure unless the applicable official source makes the conclusion explicit.
Commercial content
AI Biz Canada is operated by AI Sync System Inc. Anywhere we link to an AI Sync product or offer, we label it “Provided by AI Sync System Inc.” We do not disguise commercial recommendations as independent advice.
